Recent Texas Handicap Parking & Signage Law

Texas has new stipulations regarding handicap parking. See the brochure photo below.

As you can see, the signs must now state "Violators Subject To Fine & Towing" and be between 48" minimum to 80" maximum above the parking surface.

In addition, the words NO PARKING in 12" high x 2" wide letters must be painted within the

access aisle. DFW Stripe Co will make sure you are within code.
